The Information Technology (IT) and Information Technology Enabled Services (ITeS) industry in Odisha is experiencing rapid growth, fueled by technological advancements and evolving market dynamics. As this sector expands, it creates a pressing demand for a highly skilled and proficient workforce capable of driving its continued upward trajectory.

In response to this burgeoning demand, the role of the Odisha Computer Application Centre (OCAC) has become increasingly pivotal. OCAC stands at the forefront of facilitating the growth of the IT industry in the region, catalyzing software exports, and spearheading various e-Governance initiatives supported by both the Government of India and the State Government of Odisha.

These initiatives include state-sponsored e-Governance projects and the delivery of citizen-centric e-services, all aimed at enhancing the technological infrastructure and improving public service delivery across the state.

Recognizing the critical need to nurture a capable workforce aligned with the evolving demands of the IT-ITeS industry, OCAC, in partnership with the Odisha Knowledge Computer Centre (OKCL), has established the OCAC Training Centre. This cutting-edge facility serves as a hub for comprehensive IT training and education, equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and resources.

The primary objectives of the OCAC Training Centre are manifold. Firstly, it aims to cultivate and enhance the IT skills of learners, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the demands of the workforce.
